This guy was very helpful to me when my ice maker stopped working… He literally spent about ½ hour on the phone with me identifying the problem, and figuring out the solution. Much more helpful than the folks at Raritan, and the replacement part was about ¼ the price as it would have been from Raritan. As it turns out after identified, the guts of my Raritan Icerette were actually Amana.
