Simrad 36 mile Radar System for Sale

Postby fishing fool » Mon Aug 21, 2017 5:02 am

I'm Upgrading all of my electronics, and still have the working radar system.

Its a Simrad RA 41C with large Color LCD Monitor

Its listed on eBay for $450.00, but I would end the auction early and sell it to a GB Forum member for $350.00.

My electronics tech said that any knowledgable electronics tech can get the correct cables and ends and cut them to the length that you need and terminate them properly.

Klcapp,

If you're interested in a used Simrad system, I have a CR44 with an open array transmitter (which needs repair) that includes dual color displays (lower helm main unit and a Flybridge repeater) that you could have for $500. I'm in Seattle.

If you're interested, I can PM you with pictures and details.

My Simrad CR44 ChartRadar has a single display that integrates a GPS chartplotter and RADAR. Chart and RADAR can be displayed on a split screen but the RADAR does not overlay the chart.

With NMEA 0183 interface, you could also add a depthfinder and even a wind gauge.
