Bob, no, this sold in June 2016 and had twin Cummins.

Further, in issue #V5n3 I also rann across an article dedicated to the 42 CL, and the last one ever to be produced was hull #1560 and delivered to a George Williams form CT.

George and his wife Cathy are good friends and I'm very familiar with GB42 #1560. A fantastic boat, fanatically maintained.

#1560 Just sold last week, with under 300 hours on her mains.

I'd post a photo but I don't remember how.

I believe I read a total of 1153, of the GB 36', including Spray. Does that sound close?
Cheers,

A 2002 36 Classic was just listed in Shelter Island. The listing says it was the last one built, hull number 1135.

I noticed it didn't last too long. Well priced and looked bristol. Good luck on your hunt!

Perhaps a little shy of Bristol but the right equipment (for me) and nothing a little elbow grease and TLC couldn't remedy. I was on her quickly and I thought we were about to come to terms but someone else swooped in beyond my comfort level, so it wasn't meant to be. One thing I liked was fiberglass window frames.

I own hull#427 1974 36CL. I know Marin owns a 1973 fiberglass 36 CL but do not know his hull #.

36-1135 is the last one, built Mach of 2001 as a 2002 model. Her name is Blue Star, nee Haven.

cardiackid0614, if you own her, congratulations. If you ever decide to sell her, let us know (Actually, let me know first  ).
