GB 36 run over by a freighter

I was just turned on to this story about a Wooden GB 36 classic that got run over by a freighter on the Detroit River a few years ago. I tried to find it in the archives by searching but did not have any success so I thought I would post the link for others to read in case they missed it. Pretty amazing story.

I am a GLMA graduate and was supposed to do some of my cadet time on the Gemini, but wound up going to another boat due to circumstances.

Funny thing, I don't recall ever hearing anything about this incident!
