Is the FAQ link broken? [First question from a new member]

Postby ertem » Sun Jun 13, 2010 10:34 pm

Greetings,

I was looking for the FAQ list but the link at top
http://www.grandbanksowners.com/faq seems to be broken.

It gives me a "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')' in /home/boati2/public_html/gbo/faq/index.php on line 305".

Does anyone know if there is an alternate link or an archived copy?

Thanks.

FAQ suggestion

Postby mdoucette » Sat Nov 13, 2010 1:58 pm

I am a new GB 42 owner actually new to power boats. I previously owned (still do) a C&C 35 sailboat so this was a natural transition. I had made up a maintenance check list that I diligently went through each spring and fall. Over the years I perfected it to a state that help me avoid unexpected problems. If anyone has a maintenance checklist for GB it would be most helpful to this newbe.

thanks
Mark

Mark,

Here is a checklist we use at Northwest Explorations for our charter fleet. It's basically an overview and you may want to add to it with items specific to your boat. But it's a good start.

First and Foremost Thank you for putting all this together. My suggestion would be a way to search the Forums using a key word, ie. Windows, Varnishing, ect.

At the top of each page, in the header, is a link Search. it will provide a means of searching by keywords.
Good luck,
