Groco Paragon Snr water pump rebuild

We have two of the Groco Paragon Senior pumps in our (new to us) boat. They are under the stairs to the midship master stateroom. They are quite noisy when operating. Nobody will remain sleeping after the pump cuts in. Has anyone replaced the impellers via the master service kit and did that quiet down the pump? Or is the noise normal?

The backup pump has a different issue. It seems a bit quieter but will trip the 50A breaker after 10 seconds. Am I looking at a pump rebuild or motor replacement?
