Out of water, inside storage at ambient temperature (i.e. no heat in the building) therefore all systems must be able to survive -10 F minimum.
Truth told, Buffalo has a reputation for harsh winters but actually they aren't too bad once the lake effect snows tail off (after Lake Erie freezes over).
