Estate Planning

My buddy Tom was a single guy living at home with his father and working in the family business. He knew that he would inherit a huge fortune once his sickly father died. Tom wanted two things: • to learn how to invest his inheritance and, • to find a wife to share his fortune. One evening at an inv...

Whoops - forgot picture. Thats a different pump that mine, so Im afraid IM not going to be of much more help. Sorry. But it does appear in the picture that you have the throttle cable on top, and a second cable mounted on the lower standoff. Im betting that that is the actuator for the cold start. ...

Do you have a "Cold Start" knob on your dashboard? Before start, push your throttle lever to wide open. Pull the knob until you hear or feel the "click". Retard the throttle to about 1/4. Hit the start button. If you retard the throttle too much and close it all the way prior to ...

Welcome back Bob. You've been missed! Don't stay aways so long next time. Bill, I have no doubt that some of it is false or exaggerated. But there is enough truth in it to have a good discussion over which is why it is posted where it is. Who vets Fact Check? You? We all know voter fraud goes on. Wh...

Windows

I found this on Facebook. The guy lives in Lubeck Germany. Other than the picture, I have no idea where or who had these made. But I like them for replacement. Probably need very deep pockets to afford them.

What I would do (and many may not agree), is find a piece of brass (preferably), aluminum,or steel tube that fits snugly in the larger arm and yet fits snugly on the male wiper. Make shims out of these and split them if you have to, to make it all fit. Drill and tap the wiper arms for set screws.

Another option which I prefer, is to have a pocket sewn into the top and bottom of the panel and use an aluminum flat bar of about 1/8" X 1" inserted into the top and bottom pockets. Bend as required for a nice fit and drill holes at stanchions to secure with screws. Gives a nice tailored...

In that case, I would think 12 would not be a problem at all. The biggest problem will be getting all of them you use the head properly. LOL!

I have had 7 on the bridge of our 36. 12 seems like to many. Consider the weight that high up if the boat rolls from a wake.

This happened to us with our 32. I caulked the seams from the outside where they had opened up with ether Sikkaflex or 3M (can't remember which) and it never leaked again. I painted the hull at the same time. May not have been the right fix, but it worked and I never thought about it again. In think...
